Adam, owned a property that has a rental market value of £1500pcm. He managed the property independently, including the tenant finding and tenancy agreements. Adams current tenant moved out at the end of February, after 15 viewings and 4 weeks of vacancy, he was able to secure a new tenant on a 6 month assured shorthold tenancy, with a view to renew for a year after the initial 6 months.
